My Digital Video Project
My movie is a current events style movie based on the World Series of baseball that just recently ended. I did my movie project on this because it was a historic world series that featured two teams that had not won a world series within the last 70 years. I was able to pull inspiration for this movie based on the feelings and emotion that I felt while watching these games.
As a teacher, I could use digital video to assist in my lesson planning and teaching. I could make digital videos of helpful tips and walkthroughs of math problems, ways of pronouncing words for an English classes, or how to do science labs. It would allow me to help several students at one time, without doing face-to-face lessons.
I could use this schoolhouse rock video in my classroom in lessons that have to do with the legislative process and judicial procedure. This video incorporates cartoons and a silly song to get my students attention, and then it tells about the steps that are needed to make a law.

My future students can use digital videos in many different ways in and out of the classroom. It can be used to focus on a more creative aspect for subjects like reading or English. It can also be used to showcase certain skills and proficiency in math or science.
